Dues/Payments

2022 annual dues for Quarry HOA are $500.00. This amount is subject to change annually as expenses increase. A budget is prepared in advance of the annual billing to ensure enough revenue to cover our community’s expenses.

*The 2023 Annual Assessment will be $500.00 for the year January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Your payment is due on January 1st, 2023, and any account with a balance remaining after January 31st, 2023, will be considered late. Delinquent accounts are subject to fees and interest, and any expenses incurred in the collection process will be assessed to the Owner.

What do my dues pay for?

QuarryHOA annual dues pay for the following and more:

  • Management Fees to take care of day to day operations and financials.
  • Insurance, annual property taxes, repair and upgrade of common areas, and small fees associated with running QuarryHOA (newsletter costs, postage, website upkeep).
  • Contracted landscapers to ensure our subdivision and common areas are beautiful.
  • Different projects voted by the board to improve the property value and aesthetics of our neighborhood.
  • Alabama Power in order to light our neighborhoods and streets.

    • What if I am just a renter, and do not own the property?

    If you are currently a renter in the Quarry HOA, we ask that you forward any Dues, Statements, and Quarry HOA Documents to the owner of the property.

    What happens if I don’t pay my dues?

    If annual dues payment is not made in a timely manner, QuarryHOA will turn your account over to an attorney and will be sent for collection.
